These Terms govern the use of the kuaklabs.com website, of the browser extensions Grok AutoKuak, Flow AutoKuak, ChatGPT AutoKuak and TubeKRadar and of the associated backend services (together, the “Service”). Complementary documents: Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Refund and Withdrawal Policy and Legal Notice. Use of the Service implies express acceptance of the Terms. Full provider identification details in the Legal Notice.
1. Service description
Kuaklabs provides four extensions for Chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera) with Manifest V3 support (minimum Chrome 116). Not available on Firefox or Safari.
- Grok AutoKuak — automated batch sending of prompts to Grok (xAI) on grok.com / x.com and download of the generated videos.
- Flow AutoKuak — automated batch sending of prompts to Google Flow / Veo (labs.google) and download of the results.
- ChatGPT AutoKuak — automated sending of text and prompts from any tab to ChatGPT (chatgpt.com).
- TubeKRadar — overlays and niche-research panel on YouTube (views/day, days published, niche, estimated CPM and RPM) and the Niche Scan feature. CPM and RPM figures are heuristic estimates computed in the User’s browser; they do not come from YouTube or Google.
2. Account and authentication
Access to the Account and to Pro features requires sign-in via Google OAuth 2.0; Kuaklabs does not manage passwords and the security of the Google account is the User’s responsibility. The User may use the extensions without an Account in anonymous mode under reduced quotas via a pseudonymous identifier. Creating multiple Accounts to bypass Free Plan limits is treated as a breach. The User declares to be at least 14 years of age (Art. 7 LOPDGDD).
3. Plans, prices and limits
Prompt quotas are per-day per-tool and reset at 00:00 UTC. The Grok, Flow and ChatGPT quotas are independent from each other; Niche Scan has its own separate quota.

* On Pro there is a combined daily safety cap of 5,000 prompts/day (sum of Grok+Flow+ChatGPT in a UTC window) acting as a technical safeguard against abuse, not as a commercial quota.
Amounts are expressed in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are computed at Stripe Checkout based on the User’s country and tax regime. Existing subscriptions keep their price until the next renewal; future price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before the affected renewal.
4. Payments, subscriptions and renewal
Payments are processed through Stripe in its PCI-DSS environment; Kuaklabs does not receive or store full card data and only keeps the internal identifiers needed to sync the subscription. The Pro subscription activates automatically upon payment confirmation. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the contracted period unless cancelled in advance. The User manages the subscription —card, plan change or cancellation— from the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the account panel. After cancellation, the User keeps Pro access until the end of the period already paid for, after which the Account reverts to the Free Plan. Where required by applicable law, Kuaklabs will send an email reminder before an annual subscription renews.
5. Refunds and withdrawal
The refund conditions, the consumer right of withdrawal and the exception applicable to digital content (Spanish RDL 1/2007 Art. 103.m) are developed in the Refund and Withdrawal Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
It is expressly forbidden to: (i) use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing activities; (ii) bypass Free Plan limits through multiple accounts, unauthorised automation or analogous techniques; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile or derive the source code of the extensions or backend, except to the extent strictly permitted by Art. 100.5 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996; (iv) redistribute, sublicense, sell or commercially exploit the Service without prior written authorisation; (v) interfere with the Service (DoS, mass scraping, evasion of security mechanisms, access to third-party Accounts); (vi) share or transfer access credentials or the Account; (vii) use the Service to breach the TOS of third-party platforms (xAI, Google, YouTube, OpenAI, etc.).
7. Intellectual property
The source code of the extensions and backend, the design, the trademarks “Kuaklabs”, “Grok AutoKuak”, “Flow AutoKuak”, “ChatGPT AutoKuak” and “TubeKRadar”, the logos and the documentation are the exclusive property of Kuaklabs or its licensors. Their use by the User is governed by a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence for the purposes described in these Terms. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners; Kuaklabs is not affiliated with or sponsored by them except where expressly stated.
8. User content and third-party services
The User is solely responsible for the content entered into the Service. Kuaklabs does not store or inspect prompt content or captured texts (see Privacy Policy). Use of the third-party services with which the extensions interact (Grok, ChatGPT, Flow/Veo, Claude, Gemini, YouTube) is governed by their own terms and policies; their changes or restrictions may affect the operation of an extension without Kuaklabs being liable.
9. Availability and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, without prejudice to the unwaivable legal warranties under RDL 1/2007. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kuaklabs’ aggregate liability to the User for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to personal injury, or where mandatory law applicable to the Consumer prohibits it. Kuaklabs is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of User data hosted on third-party platforms, nor for the commercial or creative decisions taken based on TubeKRadar estimates.
10. Suspension and termination
The User may stop using the Service and request deletion of the Account at any time by writing to hello@kuaklabs.com. Kuaklabs may suspend or terminate access for (i) breach of these Terms, in particular Section 6; (ii) security or service-continuity risk; (iii) request by a competent authority; (iv) discontinuation of the Service or of a specific extension by business decision, with reasonable prior notice of at least 30 days for Pro subscribers and prorated refund of the unused portion where applicable.
11. Personal data and modifications
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Material changes (prices, renewal model, plan scope, limitation of liability) will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email and through a visible notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after the new version takes effect implies acceptance; if the User disagrees, they may cancel the subscription and request deletion of the Account.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules applicable to the Consumer under the laws of the Consumer’s country of habitual residence within the EU. For Consumers, disputes will be submitted to the Courts of their domicile where the applicable regulation so allows; for other Users, the competent jurisdiction will be the one resulting from the general rules of Arts. 50 et seq. of the Spanish Civil Procedure Act. Pursuant to Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the Consumer has access to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before resorting to court action, the parties shall try in good faith to resolve any dispute by direct communication with hello@kuaklabs.com.
