This Policy develops the financial terms of the Kuaklabs Pro subscriptions (extensions Grok AutoKuak, Flow AutoKuak, ChatGPT AutoKuak and TubeKRadar) and forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. Drafted in accordance with Spanish RDL 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), in particular Articles 97 and 102 to 108.

1. Right of withdrawal

The Consumer has, as a general rule, 14 calendar days from contract conclusion to withdraw without justification and without penalty (Art. 102 RDL 1/2007). To exercise it, the Consumer may send an email to hello@kuaklabs.com expressly stating the intention to withdraw and identifying the account and subscription, or use the model withdrawal form set out in Annex B of RDL 1/2007 (not mandatory). The deadline is met if the communication is sent before the 14-calendar-day period ends.

2. Digital content exception (RDL 1/2007 Art. 103.m)

Art. 103.m RDL 1/2007 establishes that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where execution has begun with the prior express consent of the Consumer and with their acknowledgment that the right is lost upon execution starting.

The Kuaklabs Pro service activates automatically and immediately after payment confirmation (typically within seconds). Upon confirming the payment, the Consumer expressly consents to the immediate start of the service and acknowledges that, under Art. 103.m, the right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days is lost once execution begins. This express acknowledgment appears on the payment confirmation screen and in the welcome email.

If the Consumer wishes not to start the service during the 14 calendar days and to preserve the right of withdrawal, they must expressly notify hello@kuaklabs.com before using Pro features. Kuaklabs will freeze the account in the Free state until the Consumer confirms either the start of service or withdrawal.

3. Voluntary refunds by Kuaklabs

Beyond the legal framework, Kuaklabs may at its discretion grant total or partial refunds in cases such as: duplicate or erroneous charge attributable to Kuaklabs or the payment gateway; serious technical fault preventing substantial enjoyment of Pro features during a significant portion of the billing cycle; early shutdown or discontinuation of a Pro extension during a cycle already paid for (with proration of the unused portion); or unexpected renewal of an annual subscription where a verifiable failure of the cancellation flow prevented the User from cancelling in time. These cases do not constitute a legal right of the Consumer where the Art. 103.m exception applies, but a commercial policy. Each case is assessed individually.

4. How to request a refund

The Consumer may send an email to hello@kuaklabs.com indicating: account email, transaction identifier or invoice number (if available), plan purchased and date of charge, and reason for the request with the most precise description possible and, where applicable, screenshots. Kuaklabs will respond within a maximum of 15 calendar days indicating whether the refund is approved, partially approved or denied, and the reasons.

5. Time, form and unauthorised charges

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe, returning the amount to the same payment method used in the original transaction (generally up to 10 business days, depending on the issuer). Kuaklabs does not charge fees; possible exchange-rate differences when the payment method is denominated in a currency other than USD are outside Kuaklabs’ control. If the Consumer detects an unauthorised charge attributed to Kuaklabs, they must notify hello@kuaklabs.com with the receipt; the Consumer may additionally exercise the right to claim before their card issuer (chargeback) under the applicable banking regulations.

6. Cancellation and proration

Pro subscriptions are not prorated on renewal cancellation: the Consumer keeps Pro access until the end of the period already paid for and afterwards the account automatically reverts to the Free Plan. No refund applies for the unused portion when cancellation is voluntary, except in the cases of Section 3. Cancellation is performed from the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the account panel or, alternatively, by writing to hello@kuaklabs.com.
